PRIVACY POLICY

LEGAL BASIS: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”).

JOINT CONTROLLERS AND CONTACT DETAILS

Your personal data is administered by the Joint Controllers. You can contact us by writing to our designated contact point: klaudiuszstochmal@gmail.com or via our website: https://zaklety1863.pl/.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

As we are a group of companies involved in employment services, temporary staffing, and process outsourcing, we hold your personal data based on your consent for its processing in the course of a recruitment process or for future recruitment, in order to tailor cooperation offers to your professional preferences. In addition to the purpose mentioned above, we may process your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

– Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – to fulfil legal obligations imposed by generally applicable laws, e.g., statistical or reporting duties, inspections by competent authorities;
– Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – when processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the Joint Controller (e.g., for the purpose of pursuing claims related to recruitment processes).

INFORMATION ABOUT CONSENTS AND DATA WE HOLD

In the above cases, your personal data is processed based on applicable legal provisions. However, we hold your data because you have consented to its processing for recruitment, future recruitment, or marketing purposes (Article 7 GDPR). The primary purpose of processing your personal data under your consent is to conduct recruitment and present cooperation offers either from us or from our Partners.

Since the legal basis for processing your data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. To withdraw your consent, please contact us using the addresses provided above (you may do so in writing or via email). For our convenience, please include “WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT” in the email subject line, although this is not mandatory.

Please indicate in your message whether you are withdrawing all consents or only some. If you do not specify, and we are unable to contact you, we will assume that all consents have been withdrawn.

If you withdraw consent prior to entering into any cooperation with us, your personal data will be deleted.

Your candidate profile contains data necessary for us to propose a suitable collaboration. All information has been provided voluntarily, so any empty fields indicate that you chose not to provide that information. This may include:

– Your name, address, phone number, email address, and other contact information – used to communicate with you and present cooperation offers from us or our Partners;
– Citizenship – helps us determine whether legal obligations apply to your employment and whether legal restrictions affect potential cooperation or foreign assignments;
– Date of birth – used to ensure safe and appropriate job offers;
– Work experience, service preferences, education, and interests – broadly defined data that allows us to tailor offers to your skills, preferences, and prior experience;
– Photo – used exceptionally; if you do not wish to share a photo, it is not required;
– Information from your visa – if you are a third-country national, we must fulfill legal obligations;
– Information from your travel document – if you are a third-country national, we must meet legal obligations.

If you have provided consent solely for marketing purposes, we only process your name and contact details (address, phone number, email).

TO WHOM MAY WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The Joint Controllers do not use automated decision-making tools, including profiling.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to object to data processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

In all cases – whether data is processed based on GDPR or your consent – you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (currently the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR provisions. However, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns.

HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We process your personal data until you withdraw your consent. If your data is processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), we process the data for as long as the purpose of processing remains valid, but no longer than 5 years.
